THE SITE of a long-established antiques shop in Rhos-on-Sea has gone on the market as the owners look to retire.
Artiques, at 1-3 Rhos Road, is on the market with St David’s Commercial, for a freehold price of £170,000.
The antiques store has been there for several years, and is on the market owing to the owners’ retirement.

The site is made up of two floors, with a ground floor of up to 430 square feet with further storage space, and a first floor that stretches to 392 square feet.
One stipulation is that the site not be turned into a café or ice cream parlour upon purchase.
The estate agent said of the listing: “Owing to retirement, prime retail premises.
“Long established retail a shop unit arranged on two floors, situated just off the promenade. No cafes or ice cream parlours.”
