MUSICAL and acoustic equipment has been installed on Rhos-on-Sea promenade as part of the regeneration project in the town.
Children’s play areas have been placed along the seafront, with standard and “sensory stimulation” equipment to cater for all children.
The musical installations include hand pipes (the curved tubes), babel drums and conga drums.

A Conwy County Borough Council spokesperson said: “We have designed the play areas along the promenade to be appealing and accessible to all children.
“Standard play equipment doesn't always allow all children to take part in play.
“Some of the equipment has been specially chosen for sensory stimulation and to encourage interaction with the surroundings.”
The work is part of the coastal defence and regeneration project taking place in Rhos-on-Sea.
