The court heard that, on September 26, Hender displayed “aggressive and inappropriate behaviour” at the Colwyn Bay probation office, on Conway Road.
This put him in breach of one of the conditions of his post-custodial supervision – “to be of good behaviour and not to undermine the purpose of your supervision”.
Hender, who had also exhibited previous non-compliance with probation, admitted the breach in court on the day he was jailed.
