A DRIVER in Llandudno had his vehicle seized yesterday (September 19) after he was found to hold no insurance or licence to use it.
North Wales Police (NWP) said he gave his details to officers before running off.

NWP West Conwy Coastal said: “One of our neighbourhood policing officers was on pro-active patrol yesterday evening in Llandudno and had a productive time seizing a vehicle after it was found to have no insurance and the driver no license.
“Clearly, anyone driving a vehicle like this is not the brightest spark, but this one was particularly lacking in sense, as he gave his details and was captured on camera before deciding to run away.
“The vehicle has been taken away and will be crushed if not claimed, and we will be knocking on the door of the driver soon to have another longer chat.”
