THE SITE of a popular former sandwich shop in Colwyn Bay has gone on the market.
The building was formerly home to Bon Appetit, a closed sandwich shop that on a “busy” corner of Abergele Road.
The premises has remained vacant since Bon Appetit’s closure, and is on the market with St David’s Commercial for a freehold price of £115,000.

It is made up of three floors (ground, first and second), with extensive storage space, a kitchen area, and a toilet, with a total 67.42 square metres available to be snapped up.
St David’s Commercial said of the property: “Vacant premises for sale, freehold £115,000.
“Situated on a busy corner, ex-sandwich bar, available now.”
