CHURCH concerts have raised vital funds for Tŷ Gobaith.
A cheque for £750 was handed over to a representative from the North Wales hospice at St Hilary's Church in Llanrhos.
Doreen Owen, of St Hilary's Church, said: "Reverend Samuel Erlandson handed over the cheque.
"The cheque for £750 was the proceeds of the last three concerts, usually held twice a year at Christmas and mid summer, shared between St Hilary's and Ty Gobaith.
RELATED STORIES
"The church organist Jelena Stepanova, who is also a music teacher, trains those aged from five to 85. Whether that be voice or musical instrument.
"The concerts are usually a sell out with parents, grandparents and church congregation.
"The children are encouraged to take part, as they know the proceeds will help children less fortunate than themselves."
