A BOAT called Magic grounded near rocks off the Barrow in Furness coast has the wording 'Bangor N/W' on her.
The boat is said to be in "perfect condition" but she is without her owner.
A resident, who asked not to be named, said: "There is a magical coastline in Barrow in Furness that attracts vessels from all over the world and they arrive here without their owners knowledge.
"Another one turned up this week and grounded inches from the rocks. It is in perfect condition and a kind local has put its anchor out to prevent it from grounding on them.

"The vessel is from Bangor N/W (written on her aft end) and she is called, Magic! A high tide and a wind and she will be a wreck and there won't be a happy ending to this story.
"I'd just like the owner of Magic to know where she is.
"It is in a very dangerous position and as the tides are getting higher, it will be on the move again very soon."
