THIS amazing drone image shows how work is progressing at Parc Bodafon.
The housing development, situated off Nant-y-Gamar Road in Llandudno, will feature 49 homes across four-acres.
Seventeen of the properties will be 'affordable homes.'
Construction work by Anwyl began in May and the first homes will be ready to move into in early 2024.
GeoView Drones took this image of the construction site.
A new sales centre at the housing development opened in August and the first wave of homes are on sale.
Graeme Gibb, sales director for Anwyl Homes Cheshire and North Wales, said: “We have a great choice of designs available to suit everyone from first time buyers to families.
"For those with a home to sell, our Move Simple scheme could make moving simple and straightforward.”

Prior to being granted, the homes plan was labelled "controversial" and was met with strong opposition. The homes are being built near to special school Ysgol Y Gogarth, which caters for children with a wide spectrum of additional learning needs, and its respite accommodation, Llys Gogarth.
Janet Finch-Saunders, MS for Aberconwy, wrote four separate letters to the council over nine months in opposition to the development.
Concerns were raised over noise and traffic, the loss of green space and its impact on the school.
The application was initially turned down but then approved after the building firm provided additional information regarding noise impact.
The new sales centre opened on Saturday, August 5.
