A PROPERTY in Llandudno previously occupied by an Italian restaurant has been let after it was put on the market.
The site, 147 Mostyn Street, was made available on a leasehold basis in March, with a premium set of £45,000.
It was where the restaurant “Sapore” was formerly based prior to its closure.
Estate agents St Davids Commercial confirmed today (August 11) that the property has now successfully been let.
St Davids described it as a “fully fitted and equipped restaurant/café bar owing to relocation”, set in a “very popular trading location”.
The site comprises 900 square feet in size.
