A PETROL station at a supermarket in Llandudno made an unfortunate mistake yesterday (August 10) as shoppers noticed it had accidentally priced diesel at an eye-wateringly high amount.
Resident Luke Davies spotted the error at the Asda superstore, on Conway Road, at about 9pm last night, which stated that diesel cost 748.7p per litre.

By contrast, unleaded petrol was said to cost 144.7p per litre.
“I didn’t realise diesel was £6 more per litre than petrol these days!”, Luke joked.
When contacted by the Pioneer, an Asda spokesperson confirmed that this error has since been corrected.
