CONFUSION arose in Llandudno yesterday (August 8) after a car was spotted parked on a pelican crossing in the town.
A resident, who asked not to be identified, took the above photo of the black Volskwagen Polo at 3.45pm yesterday.
It was parked at the crossroads connecting Trinity Square to Augusta Street.

The resident added: “There was no sign of any driver or passengers.
“While I was taking the picture, two couples used the crossing and had to walk around the vehicle, which was a inconvenience to one of the pedestrians on a mobility scooter.
“She had to go a few yards down the street to find the next dropped kerb.
“From what I was told, the vehicle had been parked there for at least half an hour.”
The resident added that he could not see any evidence of blue disabled badge on the vehicle.
“Not that it (should) make any difference,” he added.
