A MAN from Llandudno has been jailed after sexually assaulting a woman in Chester.
Callum McElroy, 25, of Maenan Road, was sentenced to three years and nine months’ imprisonment at Chester Crown Court on Friday (August 4).
He had previously pleaded guilty, on June 21, to a charge of assaulting a female by penetration.

The incident in question took place on January 29, 2022.
McElroy had pleaded not guilty to a second charge of causing a female to engage in non-penetrative sexual activity.
This charge was ordered to lie on file.
As well as his prison sentence, McElroy was handed an indefinite restraining order, prohibiting him from contacting his victim directly or indirectly.
He will pay a fine of £190, and was made subject to sex offenders register notification requirements.
