A NEW sales centre at a housing development will open in August.
Anwyl is opening its doors on site at Parc Bodafon, situated off Nant-y-Gamar Road, for the first time. Interested purchasers are encouraged to book an appointment with the sales team.
The first wave of homes at Parc Bodafon are now on sale.
Graeme Gibb, sales director for Anwyl Homes Cheshire and North Wales, said: “This is the first chance homebuyers will have to visit the development and see for themselves what a brilliant location this is.
“We have a great choice of designs available to suit everyone from first time buyers to families. For those with a home to sell, our Move Simple scheme could make moving simple and straightforward.”

Among the homes available at Parc Bodafon are designs "bespoke" to the location which boast "large windows and balconies".
Site plans and layouts for individual house types are available to view at the new sales centre.
Parc Bodafon will feature 49 homes, from one-to-five bedrooms, across four-acres.
The housebuilder is also creating 17 affordable homes.
Construction work began in May and the first homes will be ready to move into in early 2024.
Prior to being granted, the homes plan was labelled "controversial" and met with strong opposition. The homes are being built near to special school Ysgol Y Gogarth, which caters for children with a wide spectrum of additional learning needs, and its respite accommodation, Llys Gogarth.
Janet Finch-Saunders, MS for Aberconwy, wrote four separate letters to the council over nine months in opposition to the development.
Concerns were raised over noise and traffic, the loss of green space and its impact on the school.
The application was initially turned down but then approved after the building firm provided additional information regarding noise impact.
The new sales centre will open on Saturday, August 5.
