FOUR MEN were involved in a hate-related incident at a retail park in Llandudno.
The incident occurred in the car park of Mostyn Champneys Retail Park at around 3.30pm on July 15.
Three males in one car and a male in another car were involved.

Those with any information have been told to contact the police.
A North Wales Police spokesperson said: "We are investigating a hate related incident that occurred on the 15 July at about 3.30pm on the Mostyn Champneys’s Car Park, Llandudno.
"The incident involved three males in one car, and one male in another.
