THE MAGIC Bar Live opened its doors to the public over the weekend, with customers raving about the “different and enjoyable” venue.
The Magic Bar Live is owned by husband and wife Chris and Claire Williams, who are key figures in the organisation of Llandudno Victorian Extravaganza.
The bar opened at its new home on Friday, 21 July to family and friends, before a public opening day the following day.
Based at the site that was previously Blend coffee shop at 14 Clonmel Street, the directors described the establishment as a “destination venue”, which serves breakfast and lunch before coming to life with dinnertime theatre shows.

Live magic is at the heart of the experience (Chris is also a magician), but live music and specially-themed nights will be hosted at The Magic Bar to enhance your dining experience.
Aided by a varied menu made up of dishes from several cuisines, the Magic Bar Live is open from 9am all week.
A spokesperson for the business told the Pioneer: “Customers can expect great food, great service and a whole host of entertainment.
“It’s good old-fashioned entertainment that can be enjoyed as a couple or the whole family, we are Llandudno’s missing link for the night time economy.”
Customers took to social media to celebrate the opening, with one person saying: "Great night had by all last night. Great food and great service and friendly staff. The magic show was brilliant. A different and enjoyable way to spend a Saturday night. Will be back again soon."
Others hailed the "amazing" look of the place, and the "cracking" job they had done with the site.
