A CAFÉ and bar in Colwyn Bay is due to return after being taken on by new owners.
Botanical Lounge, at 162 Conway Road, had shut on April 1, with the previous owner citing a “change in my personal circumstances” as the reason for moving on.
But on Friday (June 23), it was confirmed that the venue is set for a re-opening.

A statement on its Facebook page read: “We are the proud new proprietors of Botanical Lounge and we are excited to announce that we will be opening very, very soon.
“We can’t wait to welcome you all for breakfast, brunch and lunch and a cup of Heartland coffee.”
The café and bar initially opened at the end of December 2021, and had been available on a lease with estate agents Dafydd Hardy.
