NATIONAL Trust Cymru has developed a new operating model for Aberconwy House in Conwy and plan to open a second-hand bookshop on the ground floor later this year.

The conservation charity will also create a flexible space upstairs to share the site’s historical significance, as well as a community space.

Ceri Williams, general manager of Conwy Properties, said: “National Trust Cymru is privileged to care for Aberconwy House, and we remain committed to ensuring this special place is protected for generations to come.

“Working with our community partners we hope to create a plan that offers a space for people to be inspired by the history of the building and Conwy town itself.
