A POPULAR café in Rhos-on-Sea has gone on the market, with the current leasehold owner saying it would be an “incredible opportunity” for potential buyers.
The family-run Marmalade Kitchen, at 14 Rhos Road, is up for sale for £224,995.
Marmalade currently offers a diverse range of food and drink options and also caters for delivery with a separate ‘meals on wheels’ menu.
The business is owned by Sophie Reynolds, who also runs clothing shop Ellekat and accessory/gift store EK&Co.

The café is on the market with Rhos-on-Sea-based Wynne Davies Estate Agents, whose listing said: “A rare opportunity has arisen to purchase one of the best reviewed, very well presented and established cafe/ restaurant in the historic town of Rhos On Sea.”
The site comes with a fully equipped kitchen, space for up to 50 covers, an additional preparation area, and enjoys a turnover in excess of £300,000, with net profit of £64,000.
There are 20 years left on the lease.
In a Facebook post, a Marmalade Kitchen spokesperson said: “This is an incredible opportunity for someone to step into a ready-made and well established business, but still have the opportunity to really make it their own.
“Business as usual for us all until the time is right.”
