THE former Marks and Spencer site in Llandudno is once again empty.
UK Leisure Living, a hot tub specialists company, moved into the space, on Mostyn Street, earlier this year in the hope of "adding "extra life to the Llandudno high street."
They have now shut up shop and relocated back to their Mochdre showroom.
A note on the door reads: "The store is now closed. We have relocated back to our Mochdre showroom as from May 15."
They added on Facebook: "Our time in Llandudno is coming to an end on May 14.
"Last clearance deals now on! Deals on all BBQS, hot tubs, pergolas and parasols to clear.
"No reasonable offer refused ! However we can’t give them away. Come and grab a bargain.
"From Monday 15 we will be back in Mochdre store open as normal. New exciting stock coming soon."
M&S closed its former store in March last year having traded at the spot for 80 years. They moved to a brand new store at Parc Llandudno.
