A MAN from Llandudno was ordered to pay in excess of £250 after admitting possession of both class A and B drugs in the town.
Andrew Owens, 29, of Maes Clwyd, Craig-y-Don, was accused of possessing a quantity of cocaine and cannabis in Llandudno on November 19, 2022.
He pleaded guilty to both offences.

At Llandudno Magistrates’ Court today (May 17), Owens was fined a total of £120, and was ordered to pay costs to the Crown Prosecution Service of £85.
Owens will also pay a victim surcharge of £48.
This amounted to a total payment of £253, which is to be deducted from the benefits which Owens is in receipt of.
The court also ordered the forfeiture and destruction of the drug which were seized from him.
