A PRE-application consultation event will be held regarding the future of the former library and civic hall in Conwy.
Nautical Point Limited is intending to apply for full planning permission for the redevelopment of the site, to convert it into an artisan food hall, restaurant and bar area, and a 15-room “aparthotel”.
The event will be held at the former library and civic hall on High Street on May 23, between 4-7pm.

But Conwy County Borough Council’s cabinet rejected that offer, which was the only bid on the table for the site at the time.
