A LLANDUDNO bed and breakfast has gone on the market after 18 “successful” years.
Karden House, located at 16 Charlton Street, is up for sale for £390,000 with estate agent St David’s Commercial.
The four-star guest house is made up of 10 lettings rooms with en suites, a “good quality” owners’ accommodation on its top floor.
The site also includes a public lounge area, dining area and bar.

The bed and breakfast has been run for 18 years, and its location in the town centre further increases the potential of the site.
A St David’s Commercial spokesperson said: “Desirable holiday location – four star guest house, 10 lettings rooms all with en-suites, owners accommodation and private rear patio, public lounge, bar and dining area.
“Hotel has been run successfully for 18 years. Situated in Llandudno town centre.”
Karden House established a stellar reputation with customers, and won a TripAdvisor Travellers' Choice award in 2022.
Its rating of five on the site, from 404 reviews, shows just how high its level of service and upkeep has been.
