A PROPERTY previously occupied by a restaurant in Llandudno has been made available to let after its closure late last year.
24 Mostyn Avenue, Craig-y-Don, is available to let with estate agents St Davids Commercial on a three-to-five-year lease.
The site was home to Bistro Bach from 2016 until November 2022, when the restaurant’s owners were forced to close amid a number of financial issues.

It is available to rent at either £1,500 per month, with a premium asking price set of £5,000 (to include all equipment).

Bistro Bach was a two-man operation, with business partners Bobby Sirrah and Craig Jones covering front of house and the kitchen respectively.

But due to such factors as rising energy prices and the cost of living crisis, Bobby told the Pioneer in January that continuing to run the restaurant was no longer financially viable.
He admitted the decision, while borne out of necessity, was “soul-destroying”.
The restaurant’s closure followed a reduction of its opening hours in September in a bid to lower its electricity bills.
