A COLWYN Bay coffee shop chain will be opening a store at Llandudno Junction train station.
Porter’s Coffee Shop, which already has sites at Eirias Park and Station Road in Colwyn Bay, are set to open ‘more than just a café’ at Llandudno Junction train station.
As well as being a stop on the North Wales line, the station is an important changeover stop for passengers travelling to Llandudno, so sees a lot of footfall.

The Porter’s chain is part of CAIS Social Enterprises, the trading subsidiary of Adferiad Recovery, one of Wales’s largest mental health charities.
The shop will open soon but has not given an exact date, and a deadline for job vacancy applications closed on May 1.
A spokesperson for Adferiad Recovery said: “We already operate Porter’s Coffee Shops in Colwyn Bay and the opportunity to place our brand in a prime position in Llandudno Junction is exciting for our development as an award-winning Social Enterprise, providing employment and training in the local area.
“At this stage, there are still many things to do, including recruitment and some works within the existing unit.”
