A MAN from Rhos-on-Sea has moved his coffee and cakes kiosk to Llandudno’s West Shore.
Michael Roberts started the Coffee on the Hoof four years ago, to provide an income when his partner was looking for work.
The solar-powered venture immediately took off, and became a full-time gig.
Last year, the trailer was based at Park in the Past near Wrexham, and Michael decided to make the move back to the Conwy area after noticing a lack of coffee spots.

He told the Pioneer: “I grew up in Rhos on Sea and my mother still lives there - my partner and myself visit the area regularly.
“We noticed that the West Shore was lacking anywhere to get coffee so we applied to Conwy Council.”
The trailer sells a range of hot and cold drinks, cakes, ice creams and other nibbles, with all products sourced from the region.
Michael added: “Business has been great so far, very well received.
“The trailer has always been in this form and I believe it is unique!”
