ALANA Spencer has wished a cafe operator taking on the site she used to lease "all the very best".
Alana, founder of Ridiculously Rich and winner of The Apprentice 2016, opened her cafe at Craig-y-Don paddling pool in May 2021.
She has quit the site after less than two years.
Darren Randle, of COAST cafe bar and gift shop in Rhos-on-Sea, has taken on the tenancy. Mr Randle is expected to open his new venture in the next few weeks.
The businesswoman told the Pioneer: "We loved being part of the Llandudno community and were lucky enough to meet lots of lovely customers, but our bakery business back in our home town of Aberystwyth has gotten very busy and we wanted to focus fully on our online sales.
"We are very happy that Darren will be taking over the site with Coast and wish him all the very best!"
St Davids Commercial, who handled the deal, confirmed that "a local operator had taken over the kiosk".
COAST cafe bar and gift shop posted on Facebook: "We are delighted to announce our new venture to the ever growing COAST cafe bar and gift shop, Rhos on Sea. We are hoping to be open within the coming weeks and aim to bring a new lease of life to the highly populated Paddling Pool area along Llandudno Promenade.
