A VIGIL in Llandudno and a cultural event in Conwy will each take place to show support for Ukraine, as the nation approaches one year since it was first invaded by Russia.
The vigil will be held at 5.30pm at St John’s Church on February 24, which will be exactly a year since the invasion began.
The cultural event will be at 2pm at St Mary’s Church on March 4, and will feature musical performances, a presentation about Ukraine, souvenirs and hand-made gifts, cakes, and a raffle.
