AN “INCIDENT between two people” took place in the early hours last month in Colwyn Bay.
North Wales Police (NWP) are investigating the matter, which was said to have happened between 1-1.40am on Hawarden Road on January 16.

Any witnesses to the incident, or anyone with CCTV in the area, has been urged to contact the force.
NWP West Conwy Coastal said: “Can you help?
“We are appealing for witnesses following an incident between two people in the early hours of January 16, between 1am and 1.40am on Hawarden Road, Colwyn Bay.
