A MAN from Llandudno received a fine and points after he admitted to careless driving in the town.
Brian Gardiner, 74, of Hanover Court, was accused of driving a Hyundai vehicle without due care and attention at Halfords car park on July 23, 2022.
He pleaded guilty at Mold Magistrates’ Court on January 23.
Gardiner was ordered to pay a fine of £80, costs of £110, and a £32 surcharge.
This totalled £222, to be paid in monthly, £24 instalments from February 20.
He received six penalty points on his driving record.
