THE site of former Conwy County Borough Council offices in Llandudno have been put up for auction.
The land at Builder Street is up for auction with Allsop, with a guide price of £200,000.
It will go to auction online on February 9.
Planning permission for five light industrial units at the site was approved by Conwy County Borough Council in March 2022.

Details, courtesy of Allsop, said: “The property is situated in a light industrial/mixed-use area of the town centre, fronting the north-west side of Builder Street and immediately south of the rail station.
“The adjacent site has planning permission for 77 dwellings.”
Indeed, another new development on Builder Street will feature 77 one, two, three and four-bedroom homes to cater for families and over-55s.
This scheme is part of ClwydAlyn's development programme to deliver a further 1,500 new homes in North Wales by 2025 at an investment of £250million.
