A HOUSE builder is hosting an open day at it Glyn Farm development in Colwyn Bay.
Anwyl Homes is behind the event. It will run on Saturday, January 28, between 10am to 5pm.
Homes advisors will be on hand and will be joined by mortgage specialists from Chartwells.
Those considering buying a house will be able to access free, independent financial advice.
House to Home will also be attendance who can offer advice to people with an existing property to sell.

Prices for the final five homes at Glyn Farm are from £379,995 for a four-bedroom detached Cheltenham style home.
