A MAN from Bangor was fined after he admitted failing to stop his vehicle after a road accident he was involved in took place in Llanfairfechan.
Graham Naylor, 58, of Llys Mair, was accused of the following in Llanfairfechan on June 18, 2022:
- Failing to stop on the A55 after his Vauxhall vehicle had caused damage to a Mazda vehicle.
- Driving on the A55 without due care and attention.
He pleaded guilty to both offences at Caernarfon Magistrates’ Court on January 23.
Naylor was ordered to pay £160 in fines, £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service, and £64 as a victim surcharge.
This totalled £309, to be paid as a full lump sum within 28 days.
He received six penalty points on his driving record.
An application was made for deductions from Naylor’s benefits.
