A NORTH Wales film festival is to return after a four-year hiatus.
The Coastline Film Festival is taking place in TAPE Music and Film, Old Colwyn, at the end of the month.
The schedule has been released tickets are on sale.
The festival will be showing a series of films across January 27-29 and will have special guest speakers who will be attending as part of Q&A panels.
It launches on Friday, January 27, at 4.30pm, followed by The Z-A of Studio Ghibli with podcast hosts Jake Cunningham and Mike Leader.
Then at 7.30pm there will be a screening of Belle: The Dragon and the Freckled Princess (12).
On Saturday, January 28 it is mockumentary day, with screenings of Brian & Charles (1pm).
The film follows Brian, a lonely inventor in rural Wales, who spends his days building quirky, unconventional contraptions that seldom work. Undeterred by his lack of success, Brian attempts his biggest project yet. The film is a humorous and entirely heartwarming story about friendship, family, finding love, and letting go.
During it's filming around North Wales, the production was supported by TAPE.
Later there will be a 40th anniversary showing of This is Spinal Tap (7pm).
On Sunday it is the turn of documentaries, with a screening of A Bunch of Amateurs (12A) plus a short film and Q&A with founder of the Altringham Video Society, Eric Flowers.
Then at 7pm the festival ends with the Wales premiere of 2022's Age of Rage: The Australian Punk Revolution (15) with a live Q&A with Rhys Mwyn.
Tickets for each of the screenings can be reserved at Eventbrite. Tickets are free but donations are welcome at the door.
