A WOMAN from Colwyn Bay received a restraining order after pleading guilty to causing criminal damage to a man’s vehicle.
Francine Caine, 43, of Berth Y Glyd Road, Old Colwyn, was accused of the following on July 12 in Old Colwyn:
- Causing criminal damage to a Vauxhall Vivaro van belonging to Richard Mold.
- Using threatening behaviour towards Gemma Dishman and Lily Irvine to incite fear of violence against them.
She pleaded guilty to both offences at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on November 22.
Caine was ordered not to contact Dishman or Irvine directly or indirectly until November 21, 2023.
She will pay £150 in compensation, to be paid in weekly, £6 instalments from December 14.
An application was made for deductions from her benefits.
