A WOMAN and man from Deganwy received a conditional discharge after pleading guilty to threatening behaviour.
Ebony Barnes, 21, of Tan y Fron, and Jordan Liepins, 28, were accused of using threatening, abusive or disorderly words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Conwy on June 6.
They both pleaded guilty at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on November 21.
Barnes and Liepins were each handed a 12-month conditional discharge.
The court ordered Barnes to pay a £22 victim surcharge by December 21.
Liepins must also pay a £22 victim surcharge, as well as costs to the Crown Prosecution Service of £85.
This totalled £107, to be paid in full by December 21.
