THE WH Smith unit in the centre of Llandudno is up for auction this week, with a guide price between £575,000 and £600,000.
WH Smith currently pay £65,000 a year for the site, and are signed up as tenants until 2027, with an option to break this agreement in 2025.
The store is comprised of two floors, with a Post Office also making up some of the site’s 8,821 sq ft.

The building has been placed on the market with Allsop, and will go to auction tomorrow (November 1).
Allsop said: "The site is entirely let to WHSmith Retail Holdings Ltd until 2027.
“It is well located in the popular coastal resort town and close to Barclays Bank, Sainsbury's Local, Halifax and Mountain Warehouse."
