A BOY from Rhyl has received a restraining order after pleading guilty to six offences, including criminal damage, theft, and harassment.
The boy, 14, was accused of the following:
- Harassing a female between November 2021 and June 2022 by attending her home address and approaching her in the street.
- Stealing £200 of vapes from the White Rose Centre, Rhyl on June 8.
- Causing roughly £1,000 of damage to fencing and signage at Happy Days Caravan Park, Towyn on June 9.
- Causing £30 of damage to plant pots at Aldi, Marine Quay Retail Park, Rhyl on June 9.
- Causing £140.33 of damage to a Volkswagen Shuttle vehicle at Foryd Habour, Rhyl on June 10.
- Damaging a Rhyl man’s window on June 25.
He pleaded guilty to all of the above.
At Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on October 18, he was prohibited from contacting either the female he harassed, or a named relative of hers, or from attending their address, for two years.
The boy was also referred to Conwy and Denbighshire Youth Justice Service for four months.
