A MAN from Llandudno is to pay in excess of £200 after pleading guilty to not complying with his community order.
John Andrea, 50, of Conway Road, was accused of failing to attend a planned unpaid work appointment on August 8 without a reasonable excuse, or having failed to provide written evidence within five working days.
In doing so, he breached the community order imposed on him by Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on July 28, 2020.
Andrea admitted to the breach at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on September 21.
He was fined £150, and ordered to pay costs of £65.
This totalled £215, to be paid by October 19.
