A MAN from Llandudno has received a new suspended sentence after failing to comply with the community requirements of a previous suspended sentence order.
Anthony Geale, 42, of Cwm Road, had been issued with a suspended sentence at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on June 3, 2021 after being found guilty of theft.
He then failed to attend a pre-arranged programme induction appointment, without good reason, on July 12.

At Llandudno Magistrates Court on September 5, Geale was committed to prison for eight weeks, suspended for two years.
The court also ordered him to pay costs to the Crown Prosecution Service of £65 by October 3.
Geale must also continue with the requirements of his original suspended sentence, including rehabilitation activity and a drug rehabilitation programme.
