A MAN from Rhyl has been fined after he pleaded guilty to exhibiting threatening behaviour in the town, and to not surrendering to custody in Llandudno.
Dylan Ingham, 25, of Palace Avenue, was accused of the following:
• Using threatening or abusive words or behaviour, likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress to those nearby on Butterton Road, Rhyl on August 4.
• Failing to surrender to custody at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on August 22.
He pleaded guilty to both at Caernarfon Magistrates’ Court on August 30.
Ingham was fined £120, and is to pay costs to the Crown Prosecution Service of £85, and a £48 victim surcharge.
This total of £253 is to be paid as a full lump sum within 28 days.
An application was made for deductions from his benefits.
