A MAN from Colwyn Bay has been ordered to pay in excess of £350 after he was pleaded guilty to causing criminal damage to property.
Richard Davies, 51, of Parciau Close, Old Colwyn, was accused of damaging a communal door and window at his home address which belonged to Cartrefi Conwy on July 18.
Davies pleaded guilty at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on August 3.

He is to pay a fine and compensation of £150 each, as well as costs to the Crown Prosecution Service of £85.
This amounted to a total payment of £385.
