A MAN from Colwyn Bay is to pay almost £450 after he was found guilty of causing criminal damage to property.
Max Cawthray, 48, of Fairmount, Old Colwyn, was accused of damaging a window belonging to Beatrice Ngaya at Maes Y Glyn on March 27.
He was found guilty at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on August 3.

Mr Cawthray was fined £80, and ordered to pay compensation of £281.60.
The court also ordered him to pay costs to the Crown Prosecution Service of £85, making a total payment of £446.60.
