A MAN from Colwyn Bay has been ordered to pay in excess of £300 after he was found guilty of using threatening or abusive words or behaviour in Llandudno.
Christopher Evans, 30, was accused of exhibiting such behaviour towards Mark Hall, causing him harassment, alarm or distress, in Craig-y-Don on June 14.
He was found guilty at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on August 1.

Mr Evans was fined £220, and ordered to pay costs to the Crown Prosecution Service of £85, and a £34 victim surcharge.
This made a total payment of £339, which he is to pay in weekly instalments of £30 from August 8.
A second offence of threatening behaviour, with the intent of causing fear of or provoking unlawful violence against Mr Hall, was withdrawn.
