A MAN from Llanfairfechan has received a conditional discharge and is to pay more than £200 after he was found guilty of criminal damage to property.
Ian Griffiths, 50, of Parc Henblas, was accused of damaging a kitchen window and drinking glasses, to the value of £100, belonging to Emma Griffiths at his home address on May 15.
He pleaded guilty at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on August 1.

Mr Griffiths was handed a two-year conditional discharge.
He is also to pay £100 in compensation, £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service, and a £22 victim surcharge.
This made a total payment of £207, which he is to pay in full by August 29.
