A RESIDENT of Colwyn Bay has been ordered to pay in excess of £200 after being found guilty of Class B drug possession and of drunk and disorderly behaviour.
Jaden Jones, 19, of Minafon, Old Colwyn, was accused of such behaviour, and of possession of a quantity of cannabis, in Chester on June 21.
Jones pleaded guilty to both offences at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on July 28.

For drunk and disorderly, Jones was fined £40, and ordered to pay costs to the Crown Prosecution Service of £85.
For cannabis possession, Jones was issued with a £80 fine.
This made a total payment of £205.
The court also ordered that the cannabis be forfeited and destroyed.
