THREE "suspected members of an organised crime gang" were arrested in Conwy today.
North Wales Police's Intercept Team said officers responded to reports that that the occupants of a van (pictured) were attending business locations in North Wales allegedly trying to steal their used cooking oil.
Alongside the Roads Policing Unit, the Intercept Team set out to hunt them down.
The vehicle was stopped at Llandulas and was found to contain a large amount of used cooking oil, all which is police said suspected to be stolen.
Amn Intercept Team spokesperson said: "Three slippery characters in custody and criminal property taken out of the hands of suspected members of an Organised Crime Gang."
