VISITORS flocking to the Royal Welsh Show in Llanelwedd later this month will learn about the scenic delights of the North Wales Way route as it is promoted in the exhibition space of the former Clwyd county– this year’s feature county.
The show is being hosted for the first time since the pandemic and will take place from July 18-21.
As Clwyd is the feature county for this year, Denbighshire, Conwy, Flintshire and Wrexham have all joined forces and will have an exhibition available at the Cambrian Training Building on Avenue N of the showground.
All four councils working under the Clwyd host counties banner will focus the spotlight on the North Wales Way, one of the three routes (North Wales Way, Cambrian Way and the Coastal Way) that make up the Wales Way.
The North Wales Way follows an old trading route for 75 miles (120km) along the northern coast into Anglesey.
