RHOS-ON-SEA Rotary Club celebrated the election of new president Pauline Hogan in a ceremony last week.
Ms Hogan replaces previous president Cliff Large, who had guided the club for the last two years throughout a difficult period, with the pandemic hitting communities hard.
Mr Large thanked the club for their support and reminded them of what they had achieved through a difficult period, in particular the Tree of Lights initiative, which had raised more than £80,000 for St. David's Hospice over the two years.
Ms Hogan thanked the club for the support she had received to step forward as President, and stated that her main focus this year was support for those who are less able.
Gavin Davies was welcomed as the club’s new President Elect.
