A WOMAN from Llandudno has been fined and had her baseball ball seized from her after she was found guilty of threatening behaviour towards a man in the town.
Rachel McCarthy, 37, of St Seiriol’s Road, was accused of exhibiting such behaviour towards Liam Davies on the same street on May 25.
She pleaded guilty at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on June 15.

The court ordered her to be deprived of the baseball bat she owned.
McCarthy is also to pay a £220 fine, a £34 victim surcharge, and costs to the Crown Prosecution Service of £85.
This amounted to a total of £339, which she is to pay in weekly, £6 instalments from July 15.
