A WOMAN from Deganwy who was found guilty of driving in Llandudno while under the influence of numerous different drugs has been banned from the roads and fined.
Zara Cullum, 47, of Heulfryn, was accused of the following while driving on Maesdu Road in a Peugeot vehicle on October 28, 2021:
• Driving with 65 micrograms per litre of blood of cocaine.
• Driving with 400 micrograms per litre of blood of Benzoylegonine (the main metabolite of cocaine).
• Driving with 98 micrograms per litre of blood of morphine.
Cullum changed all three of her pleas to not guilty at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on June 6, but was found guilty.

She received a 28-month ban from driving, and a fine of £225.
In addition, she is to pay £250 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service, and a £45 victim surcharge.
This made a total payment of £520, to be paid in monthly instalments of £25 from August 6.
The court also made an application for deductions from Cullum’s benefits.
